Unjust statement from buyer

Sold an item on ebay. Smooth transaction. Buyer wrongly said it was a scam. Contacted buyer, they apologised, said it was a mistake,they would retract. Have contacted ebay, why do they leave it on my feedback. Thank you.

You need to contact the buyer again and ask them if they will complete a feedback revision you need to send to them.

 

You can find this by clicking on your feedback score,  then on your Feedback profile ,  near the top,  click on the  link feedback forum,  and you will see ' Send Feedback revision'  on the right.
