Hi all I need some advice please. A bidder who won an item did not check the location of item and lives hundreds of miles away. They told me that they would arrange collection a month ago but no contact since. They have paid but not responded to my requests to collect the goods. What do I do with the item?
You can cancel the transaction. Go to actions, next to the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as their address is too far away to collect. The refund will be issued automatically.
