Unable to sell another item to same person

Hello a customer has bought a pair of Earings from me and paid. They wish to buy another and have not been able to as eBay has said ‘ they can’t buy another item from me within 10 days’!! . What is going on they are desperate to buy the item

You have inadvertently selected this in your Site Preferences.  There is a block sellers can put in place,  to stop members buying ** amount of item within ** days.

It is there to stop a member buying a multitude of items from  a seller in a short duration of time,  and then trashing their account with negative feedback.

You need to go to Got to My eBay >> Selling >> Account tab >> >> Site Preferences >> Postage & Packaging Prefs >> Buyer Requirements and scroll down that page to where you see Block members buying **  items in ** days.  Adjust those figures or untick the box completely..

You will need a web browser, and not the eBay app to manage this
