Hi ebay folk... I'm trying to refund a buyer who overpaid postage. I've gone through the refund process in the drop down bit in my sold items but when it comes to sending the refund at the end, I either get an 'unable to send' message if I'm on a web browser or an "error type 40003" message in the mobile app.
