Unable to pay for item due to the app

I'm clicking on pay now and the app won't take me to the purchases page. I've been having issues for a few days but I've t took me there after a few tries now it won't go at all. Can anyone give me any ideas what to do or how to report this please? Thanks

You need to use a lap top. The App. is prone to Glitches.

Try using website instead of app.
