Unable to mark as dispatched or collected

Hi, i have recently sold an item, which was collected by the buyer in person. Item all paid for, yet i cannot mark as dispatched or collected on here. Can someone guide me?

To the right of the item under More actions 

On the seller hub on the drop down list under Orders
