I've been having trouble making a routine direct debit card payment on eBay. I tried to contact eBay for Help, I get a screen full of questions. I then request eBay to call me, no call has been recieved.
The problem lies with eBays payment systems, for some reason it won't let me make a direct debit payment, I've made a couple of payments through the same card recently, all the details are correct.
eBay systems seem to be inherently flawed with no means to seek proper eBay systems assistance.
