I've never listed an item or sold any, only ever made purchases. I'm trying to list a pair of trainers and I'm getting this message "It looks like you've reached the number of items and amount you can list. You can list up to 0 items and £0.00 in total sales this month. Request to list more". When I click the link I'm taken to a page saying I need to request higher selling limits by speaking to customer service through a big blue button saying 'Contact Us'. However when I press this blue button a pop up comes saying "Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase.You may need to build up your selling history or wait until your current monthly limit is reset before you can request another increase to your selling limits. Learn more." However, I can't do this either because it's not letting me list. I have had this account well over a year and have noticed it was the same last month too it seems like I'm in some kind of endless loop. IF anyone could provide me with some help it would be greatly appreciated.
