Hi. I've just bought an item - the seller offered me a reduction as I was a watcher - and I paid by Paypal. I tried to collect the item, but could not fit it in my MPV. My transport costs were nearly 50% of the item cost, so I've written that off already. There is no other economically viable way to get the item here so I have requested a refund and informed the seller that they can cancel without paying any fees and relist the item.
I have not heard back. What would the situation be if this continued, with my paid-for item still at the seller's property and no communication?
