Un paid item

Hi sold an item 2 weeks ago seller contacted me ask for address etc I messaged them back but no response for a week.

Cancelled the order but can't relist as the item sold price was over my selling limit.

Can anyone give me a straight forward list on how to change item from sold to unsold

Also should I have to pay the £20 fee as now my account is on hold for unpaid fees
