Ukraine postage

An item I listed has been purchased by a buyer showing a UK location, the buyer has 0 feedback.

The item was listed for posting to UK, the buyer now wants it posted to the Ukraine.

I don’t want to post to the Ukraine in case of any problems, am I within my rights to do that.

Any help gratefully received. Thank you.

You only listed the phone with UK P&P

Do not invoice the buyer & they cannot pay

After 48 hours open an unpaid case

After a further 96 hours close the case for a fee credit

You must only post to the address given on Paypal.  The 0 feedback is not too much of a problem as we all started there!

The buyer has now changed his location from UK to the Ukraine, I'm really not happy posting there.

Re the 0 feedback yes I accept we all have to start somewhere but in this case to me its a big unknown.
