Many overseas sellers have wharehouses or addresses in the UK
If the item description page says it comes from lOndon then that is where it should come from
The seller may be registered in China but item come from UK
If you find it does not then there is the ebay policy on mis representation of Location where you can report
If you buy and item and then it comes from China open a not received dispte one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing. Escalate it after days to get your money back
If you then receive it then you either repay the seller or ask them for a pre paid label to return it to the address on the listing the UK
