UPS and eBay - Not a clue what's going on!

Hi all, I hope someone can help me!

I shipped a parcel to Italy, and had it checked, all fine. Parcel goes off, then three weeks later the buyer messages me to say its not arrived. I check to see that UPS have apparently contacted me for extra information. They hadn't, so as far as I was concerned, it had been delivered. I phoned UPS last weekend and they said there was a small piece of information missing on the customs forms (shipping from the UK) and that someone would phone me to get the extra info and all would be fine.

'Don't call me in the daytime, I'm in work!'

I was called at about 11am. I was in work. Tried repeatedly to get hold of them again, but no success. My parcel is still in London at the centre. I called today, and now things have changed. My parcel, that was ready to be sent 7 days ago has no disappeared and I need to open a claim. I can't open a claim because I bought the postage through eBay and eBay are the registered seller. UPS have now said it's eBay's fault and I'm at the point where I don't care who's fault it is, I want the parcel found and sent to the buyer, he's been waiting far too long for this, it's beyond ridiculous now.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this?!

Cheers!

You have Globel Shipping Programme on your listings

Is that how you sent it too the hub in Lichfield

If it is then all you have to do is to prove delivered to that address

You are not responsible for items that go missing after they arrive there.

If you bought the postage from ebay then the tracking should be on the item in your Purchase History

If it was not GSP and you bought the postage from ebay then claims are made through packlink
