Have been contacted by a customer who says their parcel has not been received by them which they bought through the UK shipping centre. Have tried to contact E Bay but get message to say they can not give any info for items sent this way. Our customer is demanding a refund & E Bay say we have unti today to resolve this issue. We sent the item to the UK shipping centre address as requested & that is as much as we can do.
Really frustrated that we can not phone or online chat to a human person.
You need proof of delivery to shipping centre and upload to case and explain it's a GSP item and Global are responsible after receipt.
