Trying to place bid

Seller keeps relisting same Item but when I try to place bid at least 2 separate relists I receive message "Seller is not accepting Bids Or Offers from you at this time". Also when trying to message Seller get "Not receiving messages". Ive 100% good feedback so cant understand. Tried to message Ebay but they make it difficult to contact them.

Sellers can put a general block on bidders for various reasons:

Or you bought from them in the past and for some reason they put your ID on their blocked bidder ilst.

Or if they actually cancelled a bid it could be because they've seen that you've left neutral and neg feedback in the past.

You could try messaging the seller and ask them to put you on their exemption list which would lift any blocks.
