Trying to get a refund for a faulty item and going around in circles trying to find out how to do it

I ordered a car stereo/bluetooth/wifi satnav in March. At first, having not used all functions we though it was OK except the microphone for hands free didn't work. I messaged the seller and was basically told (in broken English I think) to speak louder. Since then it has become clear that nothing really works well. The touch screen is very poor, the microphone hardly works, the reverse camera only works when it feels like it and speaker output also faulty. I contacted the seller to explain the faults and heard nothing. I contacted them again 4 days ago to say that we would be asking ebay help in getting a refund as the item is not fit for purpose. Their reply 'OK, we will check'. Heard nothing from the seller since. When I go back into the item through my purchase history list there is no option to return or refund. I have spent a lot of time going through the various ebay info pages trying to work out how to request ebay help to gain a refund as the item is faulty but am just going around in circles and getting nowhere. Any idea how to actually request help. Not a chat bot. This was quite an expensive item.

You are far too late, the Ebay Money Back Guarantee is for 30 days from receipt. The MBG is on every listing top right, you should have read it and be familiar with the correct methods of dealing with problems.

Any problems after the 30 days is between you and the seller.  If a Business Seller and involves a Warranty then you can consult Citizens Advice, if a Private Seller nothing you can do.
