I’ve just sold a item but she was bidding on behalf of friend it sold then she asked me to sell to under bidder eBay said type in search bar they caddy but nothings coming up please help

Your not obliged to offer to an under bidder,assuming you had other bids at lower amounts.

You can contact the next bidder from an option under More Actions drop down menu to the right of the item sold. You must close the first transaction first, with an unpaid item case opened and closed 4 days later, to retrieve your fees, or you will pay them twice.

Some bidders will opt out of receiving  2nd chance offers,while others decline them
