Unfortunately I made an error when putting in my account details of just the end number being incorrect, I have tried all the ways I could find to edit this but get sent around in circles by the E.bay system. I have tried closing the account but I am requested to add another account first but using the same bank etc with the changed account number this way was rejected, and I can't find a human voice to explain all this to someone. It just needs the end number of my account changing, failure to get this altered will result in me having close ebay completely because with the wrong bank account number registered to sell anything would be impossible. The penalty for that which I had once before is that a new application would be rejected because my e.mail address etc would be the same and would not be accepted. I can only use them for buying using a credit card but can't sell.
