Try as l might l have a new email address and l cant add it to my paypal account

I have changed my email account with ebay but cant change it with pay pal it's not allowing me and l cant set a new paypal account up as it keeps refusing to take the new email address?

There should be no problems as you should be able to just add the new email to your paypal 

You go to the wheel like item at the top of the paypal page.

You can have more than one email address on your paypal account

If you cant then try phoning paypal

Tried phoning had email from ebay with link to pay pal l have called numbers on the email goes to an answering machine spoke with 3 ebay customer advisors yesterday they tried every thing to get sorted they even got me to go on and buy something l didn't even need as they said an option to set up PayPal would come up l changed my internet provide ebay have changed my email address no problem it just wont let me change the PayPal email l think l may have to close ebay account and start again from scratch this was even suggested by one of their team 😖

You sign into your paypal account and to change the email address on paypal you go to the wheel icon at the top of the paypal page

All your personal information for paypal comes up and you add your new email and can remove the old one
