My item was sold to a highest bidder 8 weeks ago. This has not been paid for, nor despite 7 confirmed appointments to collect the item have they showed up to actually complete the sale. I took a morning of work on one occasion to facilitate a conclusion to this sale, but they cancelled out again.
Ebay have hit me for the selling fees, so to add insult to injury I'm actually out of pocket on the deal, doubly so as I turned down an inappropiate offer made for a higher amount than the actual sale price.
Options please?
