Please can someone tell me how I can TALK to someone at eBay? There was always a phone number at the bottom of the contact us page but I have spent hours pressing all the same buttons to get absolutely NOWHERE. I have been trying to list items today and as soon as I get to the description section, it lets me write 2 lines and then flicks off and I have to start that bit again. I have closed the app - still the same. Tried to list something else - the same. I was using the offer of reduced fees but I am unable to list anything so that is a waste as tomorrow I don't get a discount. I have over 3000 positive feedback so I am not a beginner but I am getting more and more fed up with eBay. EVERYTHING is always on their terms. I have typed the same message on the automated response helper 4 times and that won't send! Fingers crossed it isn't just me! X
