Trouble buying an Item from Australia

Hi Ebay.

I am trying to purchase an item from Australia, I live in the UK. I put the item in by basket and try to check out however i get the following message - This seller didn't include postage costs to your location. Please contact the seller or change your address. I can not proceed any further

I have contacted the Supplier and they have told me i need to order the item first and they will chare postage of $27.50 afterwards. However i am unable to check out due to the above message.

You won't be able to purchase the item unless the seller revises the listing and adds international postage costs to cover the cost of the postage to the UK.  If you try to pay prior to doing this the "Pay Now" button will be greyed out and you will just get an error message telling you that the seller doesn't ship to your destination.  Contact the seller and ask him/her to revise the listing and add the international shipping costs so that you can pay for the item, explaining that due to the absence of the international postage costs on the listing the checkout is getting the impression that the seller doesn't ship overseas.  Once the seller has revised the listing and added the international postage costs the "Pay Now" button will no longer be greyed out and you will be able to pay for the item.
