I have purposely bought some items from a UK seller paying slightly more then if I had bought from abroad (China) but didn't want to wait weeks for them to arrive.
My question is that they have now been in transit on there way to Yodel for over a week, how is this possible from within the UK or have a been scammed?
Thanks for any help.
What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
If they arrive and they are from China and it said UK on the listing if there is any problem then they go back to the address on the listing in the UK
Come back if you need more help
One was due today and has not arrived, it says it is in transit to Yodel and the 2nd is due on Friday and says the same.
I will take your advice and leave them till Monday and if still not delivered I will open a dispute.
It's just really annoying as I feel like the seller has lied and acted fraudulently.
Really appreciate your help though, thanks.
