Tracking numbers

Hi,

I made a purchase that didn't arrive, I was given a tracking number , however the tracking number was for a diffrent adress. Royal mail have confirmd that a delivery with the tracking number was made to another property some 15 miles away from me.They are unable to give me the recipients details du to data protection rules. I contacted  Ebay who refused my appeal as they said a tracking number had been provided by the seller so the matter was closed. It's apparent here that 1 tracking number has ben used to send out multipl items. The seller could easily check where they sent the item to but they are refusing to help in the matter.

Any advise would be appreciated, Thanks in advance

Suggest that you try a case of 'Not received' through PayPal who are known to pay more attention and will check any tracking details supplied by sellers ... after estimated delivery date ... use PayPal Resolution Centre > Resolve a problem > enter payment/transaction details, escalate within 2 to 20 days and continue case to completion ... case takes longer but worth a try anyway >
