Hi @petervanlee

The time limit for a case starts on the last date shown on the listing summary. So 30 days for eBay and if you are too late for that you have 180 days [!!] in Paypal.

If you can still use eBay then escalate [if the seller does not refund] after 8 days and after just 2 days with Paypal.

You can't open a case until the last estimated delivery date has passed.

At this time of night I am afraid that I have no idea of what you speak!

Please simplify the question.   Are you the buyer or the seller?

If eBay has a tracking number they can see whether it is false.  So can you if it's in UK on Royal Mail Website
