Tracking not updating for DPD Local

Hello,

 

I sometimes send larger packages via DPD Local, but when I add the tracking code to eBay, it doesn't automatically update the parcel's status like it does for other carriers. From the carrier list, there isn't an exact match for DPD Local so I've been using DPD which is different and may be part of the problem. Should I be manually entering "DPD Local" even though it is not on the list? I read elsewhere that DPD Local used to be Interlink Express, should I be using that instead which is on the list?

 

It's just annoying for me and my customers, who cannot accurately track the package from within eBay. If anyone has had a similar experience, or knows how to get this working, I would really appreciate your input.

DPD local and DPD are one of the same,just rebranded.

 

As long as you enter the tracking details onto ebay when dispatched,then buyers can use the DPD Local online tracking facility rather than ebay,as ebay tracking facility doesnt always work as it should.
