TrackAnd Trace and CLOSED REQUEST

Hello Folks.

I buy grease from a guy in Germany.

He gives me a non trackabel link to Hermes and tell's me the product has been sent to me by mail.

Then I ask him to write back to me because the product is lost by Hermes Shipping Company.

Then the case I have started gets closed down by Ebay and im like .. i have lost the product and the money I paid for the product.

U guys have seen this **bleep** before?
