Anybody else getting this when they click on the Visit Shop tab once they have opened their item, This page does not exist. Please continue to shop on eBay

I've just changed the name of my shop to the same as my ebay name, they were different (have been for years and worked fine). This appears to have solved the link on the right (Visit Shop) but not the little red doors on See Other Items but at least its a step in the right direction and better than nothing.

Hi, its when you open an item then click to the right 'Visit Shop' near 'View other items'. Its not been worked for 15 days now all tech say is that they are working on it and that I won't be charged shop fees but it doesn't solve the problem and takes people away from my items. They say others have reported it and they are dealing with it but nothing gets done. The same thing happened in 2014 and 2018 but was solved quickly I can't understand why its taking so long. I does sometimes work when using a mobile phone but not with other devices. Thanks.
