I should find a button "Ask ebay to step in", but it is missing in my return https://www.ebay.co.uk/rtn/Return/ReturnsDetail?returnId=5169355538

Another reason could be that matters are different as you are in Greece.

You mean that eBay does not care about buyers from Greece? So how can I resolve my problem?

Two main possibilities:

You opened the case more than 30 days after delivery, in which case the option will never appear, or

You haven't waited a full 3 working days since you opened it, before trying to get ebay to step in.
