The seller won't pick up the item from the post office

Hello i sent off an parcel back to the seller he told me that he will refund my money when he got the item back but now its sitting in the post office the seller is refusing to pick up the parcel and not refunding my money back so what can i do about this.

As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate case to ebay, they will sort refund.
