I hope somebody can give me a good idea because the seller doesn`t want to refund the money.
I have ordered a computer games and sadly I haven`t received.
I dont know how, I dont know what happened. On the tracking website the package delivered.
Before, the driver always left a picture from the package or the place but no nothing now. I have asked my neighbours and nobody knows nothing. Its never happened before, I can trust in them. (my old jewish neighbours doesn`t want to play any computer games 100%) I had a long conversation with the seller, but He doesnt want to send me an another one or refund. Any idea what can I do?
