I paid him fully.
I declaired my shipping address in UK clearly.
I and the seller agreed to use 2 boxes. The first box will ship to declared address with some clock parts.
The second box will ship to my another address with remain clock parts.
His reason is difficult to package/ship mine.
I cancel this agreement and I ask him ship all of mine to declared address but but he subdently cancelled my paid /refunded my paid.
I think that his main reason is my winning level to be too low which is the same his start-bidding level.
Everything is too no suitable. He is a bad seller. But I can not give him a feedback with bad words.
How do I do now ?
