When I return feedback I always feel that the aspect of postage is not specific enough. When its free postage, then feedback for postage is correctly barred.
However evaluating postage when paying for it seems opaque when it could have had clarity. Being less specific makes the feedback inaccurate or vague. SO WHY NOT:
Postage free of charge - automatic 5 stars
Postage is less than expected rates 4 stars
Postage is spot on cost 3 stars
Postage is more than cost 2 stars
Postage is excessively expensive 1 star
NB POSTAGE includes packaging.The seller's effort of lodging packages with couriers is deemed as necessary and not quantifiable.
This kind of feedback would encourage the very theme Ebay has promoted for many years "free postage".
I could say the same thing for sellers communication.
Confirmation of order received and despatch, queries answered quickly rate 5 stars
Confirmation of order received, queries answered promptly but despatch not confirmed 4 stars
NO confirmations, or slow to answer queries 3 Stars
Inaccurate but regular communication 2 stars
No responses to queries , no confirmations 1 star
Ebay are happy to look at any suggestions,so send them here,http://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/cuhome
