The new Managed Payments system

Sales of £393.00 paid by the buyers on the 1st May, became 'available' today, the 4th, but still won't go into my bank until the 5th. How can ebay think that this system is acceptable. They will use the bank holiday as an excuse for the delay but it still means that any sales done on a Friday will not be processed for at least three days. It's just not right that they can just change their system with sellers having no options apart from go along with it or leave!!!

Ebay's site, Ebay's rules. You answered your own question you either sell on ebay or not.

Are you so desperate for the money that a few days makes so much difference?

There is no need for that rude comment. It's the new system I am commenting on. If I was desperate for money I certainly wouldn't be selling on eBay!!!

Nothing we can do about that.

Ebays policy but you are right we are having to wait longer for payments

The payment is for working days so the bank holiday will extend the time

We have the choice

Accept the policy of managed payments or dont sell on ebay
