The new 2% FVF for sellers. Do you pay the "extra" 30p if the item does not sell?

You only pay fees if the item sells unless you use any upgrades so the 30p wont be charged if there is no sale.

• Pay only 2% variable percentage final value fees ("FVF") per listing in final value fees if the item sells for at least £30. A fixed order level fee of 30p and other fees, including any International fees, still apply.
