I can no longer send an invoice to customers, the new page has buggered everything up. Why do you do this? Why not just leave everything alone. What am I supposed to do now?

You should list all items with P&P, saying courier puts people off, as such you won't need to send invoices, ebay do it automatically.

You list on UK site, yet some listings say you don't post here.

You also need to correctly register as business.

Have to say your listings are in breach of lots of ebay policies.

I'm happy with my listings, I sell enough, it's the bay who let me down. I have one place of residence, it is in England. I'm not an Ukwoman, or an Ukish, I'm an Englishwoman.

As advised, something in your account settings doesn't add up ? ... have you been hacked ?? > UK registered account, Polish language profile, no problem there, but your Postage stamp listing/s are showing as Located = England.  British Virgin Islands

Where are you based ?  If in the UK, there is no need to send invoices as eBay do that immediately a sale is completed ... only if a  Buyer requests an alternative postal/shipping method, combined postage or overseas delivery should it be necessary to issue and send invoices.

As from my end I can see on your sold section that buyer's email address is ***** You can simply communicate with buyer with the help of this email address and ask them for their PayPal email address.

How much will you pay me to become your secretary, why not mend your site, it would be cheaper,

You will see from heading, NO ebay staff here.
By asking for buyers paypal email, ebay may look on it as off ebay deal, which can get you banned.
Why not show P&P cost, as all other sellers do, very suspicious,
I expect lots of buyers will avoid you.
