Why do eBay allow a certain top rated seller on 90,000+ feedback to sell counterfeit items?
Reporting them to eBay doesn't seem to make any difference.
There are cases where movie titles are spelt incorrectly or the disc's have just been printed really badly.
I try so hard to put in 100% effort into my part time hobby and wouldn't knowingly sell anything fake or counterfeit to anyone.
Other sellers just have no standards and proceed to con buyers and rip them off with counterfeit items (often the buyers are unaware what is or isn't legitamate)
Is it worth reporting the eBay sellers to FACT ?
How are legitamate sellers supposed to sell their items when people are been offered counterfeit items at a cheaper rate.....frustrating doesn't even cut it :-((
I understand that eBay can't physically police every individual sale as it would take forever, but when a seller has hundreds of dodgy fake items sold through a business account surely something can be done!
I come across piracy on a daily basic which doesn't normally bother me, but when one of the so called TRUSTED TOP RATED SELLERS is doing it, it annoys me somewhat.
You could accuse me of a conflict of interests but it not at all......piracy is a crime!!
I'm probably fighting a losing battle as ever.....but i do like a moan :-))
