You can have that false / positive feedback removed,  as sellers are not allowed to leave negtaive feedbacks ( hence no facility of the red neg).  

Call eBay CS from the Help & Contact tab,  and they will remove it.

OP if you are still here, Feedback is voluntary not mandatory and the majority of people do not leave it.
