I've had two buying issues recently and I need ebay help because neither case is straightforward
Have ebay shut down the telephone help line?
It seems to me that ebay are letting the scammers have free range and are not giving the buyers the help they need.
It's very seldom necessary to speak with eBay about problems with purchases. Just use eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. The procedure is simple, and automated.
Are these the two purchases for which you left negs? You haven't said why they're not straightforward. Neither appears to present any difficulty, provided you're still within the 30 day time limit.
If this has already passed, you can still file a claim under Paypal's longer, 180 day buyer protection policy.
