I brought a tag heuer watch 2 years ago and this year i put it up for sale and sold it, the buyer put in a dispute saying he took it to watch shop and they said it was the wronge weight i asked for a report from the shop which he did not have i supplied evidence i brought it through ebay from a shop but they found in his favour so they are saying it is a fake i want to put this back to ebay and get my money back as they are saying its a fake but this item does not come up on my history i have it on my paypal should i take this to the small claims court
