Suspended account

Hi, 

my account has been temporarily suspended from selling for 3 days for listing a silver dagger which was actually a piece of art without a blade inside a picture frame under glass.

im happy not to list it but I cannot find a way to talk to any eBay representative. They are not available according to the automated help.

is there anything I can do except wait for 3 days?

Don't try to relist item, as next time ebay may suspend you for ever.

Ebay have some odd rules, which CS don't always know.

You would still have to wait out the 3 days even if you did get through to Customer Service. Whoever you got through to wouldn't be able to Reverse the decision.

Live Chat is the only way at the moment, but it is probably easier to just wait 3 days. Decisions made by robots make no sense, but best not to relist.
