I am a new ebay seller that opened my account on 11 July 2020. I am using a brand new account to post my message into the commmunity. My account has been suspended for no apparrent clear reason. I check online and I found out most new ebay sellers get suspended suddenly to help protect the ebay community. I am a genuine person who is selling normal items that I no longer need such as yugioh cards, playstation games, books, badminton rackets, set of paints, toy cars at cheap prices as I just want to earn a bit of money. On 20 July my account got suspended.
I got this automated mesaged :
Your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.
You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.
Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

Then followed by this:

Your account was suspended because it exhibits a risk to eBay and to its community. From time to time, we find accounts that present a level of risk that is unacceptable and are, therefore, suspended.
We have determined that it is in our mutual best interest to part ways. We regret any inconvenience this matter may cause you.

I canot reply back after this email so im writing here to find a solution. Also the phone number do not work, I get put forward to an answer machine that tells me to go on the website to resolve my problems. I did so and checked everywhere but couldnt find anything that helped me. Why dont ebay pick up, are they closed due to COVID-19? It would be nice to speak to someone over the phone line if I could, has anyone been able to do so?
I have 100% feedback and I have had many items with high bids already then suddenly this happened. All the hardwork of taking photos and listing my items took me a whole week to research and organize. Now its gone down the drain. I really hope someone can find me an answer or had any similiar experince realted to mine.

Have you set up selling side of account correctly, ebay do routine security checks on new sellers, especially if selling high value items.
FYI. Ebay will also close account if you don't sort issue with them.
