Suspected scam

Over the Bank Holiday weekend there was a seller selling a large number of garden furniture items at heavily discounted prices.  The listings were only available for about 24 hours.  For example, a double hanging egg chair being listed by another seller at £350 was offered at £66.99 by this seller.  Unfortunately I bought one of these egg chairs and now suspect it will never arrive.  It is due to be delivered by 7th September, so technically it's too early to report the seller as there's no proof yet.  Is there anything I can do now to get my money back, or do I have to wait to report the seller?  I believe it's a scam as the prices were so low, the listings were only up for 24 hours, and the seller now has no items on Ebay and is listed as "away".  Another buyer has also left a negative review, saying they think the seller is fraudulent.  Thanks for any help.

It's a scam but you have to follow the normal processes with the normal time frames.

So, if the seller's account has not been removed by the day after the expected delivery date, open a case for item not received in the ebay resolution centre, wait 8 days, and escalte the case to ebay to get a refund.

Alternatively, if the seller has been removed, you can open a case for item not received with PayPal, escalate as soon as you can.
