I recently cancelled an order when the buyer failed to pay. Should I report the buyer as posibly being suspicious as they have been a member since 2019 but has zero feedback?
If the buyer does not pay and if the seller uses the correct method the buyer gets a non-payment defect. If he gets another most sensible sellers will set their preferences so as not to sell to him.
This is far far more effective than any "report".
It "might" be that his account was hacked after no use
