Superdry Ebay Store return

I bought a Jacket from the Superdry shop here on Ebay in late January of this year,

the stitching on the jacket started to fall apart on both arms which i told them about.

They asked me to send photo's of the jacket which i did, they then said they would be

happy to replace it or refund me the money i paid for it. They forwarded me a returns label

and i returned it to them recorded/tracked. It was delivered almost a week ago now

according to Royal mail. Im now having a problem with the Superdry shop ignoring all my messages.

I feel like ive been ripped off.

I just dont know what else to do ?

Open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,  link at bottom of most pages,  enter that tracking number.  It gives the seller 8 days to refund you,  if they do not the option to escalate to eBay appears.

Escalate on day 9,  and they will refund you.

Do not close the case early befote you are refunded,  and do not forget to escalate.
