Click on Saved Searches in the lefthand column of My eBay, and use the delete link just to the right of the picture of the particular search.
You could do any search using Advanced Search, top right next to blue search button, and exclude the word "bicycle" which should remove the other maker. The box to exclude is immediately below the keyword box.
