Brought three items from one seller I messaged the seller to post the items togehter so I can pay a reduced postage price and refund me the rest of the money the seller did not want to post the items together as the seller was planning to post the items together only to make a profit on the postage the seller messaged me that he does not want to refund me any money back. I messaged the seller I did not want the items posted separately the seller said he will instead post the items separately as he does not want to refund anything back to me. As I paid £2.80 x3 I wanted to recieve a correct refund for the rest of the postage and the seller posted the items when I requested not to be posted separately before the items were posted.

As already mentioned the  time to ask for combined  PP cost is

• before you the buyer puts a bid
• combining PP cost does not means that the PP cost will be cheaper either
• seller would have lost on the 10% fees if seller had to refund the PP cost  if PP cost was combined  thus seller refusing & rightly so = eBay would not have refunded seller part of the 10% fee on PP
• if seller agrees then you the buyer has to wait for seller to send you a amended invoice
• Seller was indeed being careful as if item were sent all together then buyer could claim that some item(s) did not arrive/not sent

The amount of negs/neutrals & no doubt low dsr's you have left sellers is truly staggering & shocking 

Out of 48 feedback's left for sellers:

• 8 are negs
• 13 are neutrals

2 ought to be removed as you clearly stated that both sellers refused to combine PP cost

• was not offered on the listing
• I am sure that you did not inquire prior to putting a bid

It seems that perhaps buying on eBay might not be for you

Also you have left defects left right & centre for your sellers & I am sure that most problems could have been resolved with sellers by contacting them as most would have indeed resolved any problems = you have given them defect for negs/neutrals + defects for low dsr's

If I was still selling on here I would have blocked you that is for sure

It will be interesting to see if/when you decide to sell how you will feel if any buyers :

• demanded combine PP cost
• left you negs/neutrals
• low dsr's
