Still under guarantee no reply from seller

Item i purchased Sept 2020 has now stopped working, previously contacted seller to say items wire was curling up when in use and dangerous now item has stopped working still under 12 month  guarantee no reply from seller.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

You had 30 days to open a dispute  on ebay

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
