Still no refund?

Hi

i opened a case against a seller as they were supposed to have sent a return label for faulty goods but hadn't. I returned the item. The item is showing as having been delivered but they still haven't refunded my money. There is no way of alerting ebay CS to this unless I telephone them again. Why am I having to jump through burning hoops just to get a refund from an awkward seller?!
