Still no option to escalate :/

I posted the other day about a UK bassed seller who actually lives  and has thier bussiness  base in China  that is now asking me to send a return to Germany ( http://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support/Dishonest-seller-still-trying-to-con-me/qaq-... )

 

I still cannot see any option  to get ebay involved in the case   I started the return on the   on the 23rd and seller accepted on the 27th. 

 

Am I I just too soon to see the option? 

Cannot ring ebay as cannot use a phone  only emails

 

 

I only get this mesaage and no option to do anything else
